Lorenzo Caroleo

Lorenzo is responsible for leading our business in Italy.

His background spans across development in Italy to private equity real estate in New York. He joined Cromwell after five years as a Transaction Manager with Antirion SGR, an Italian investment manager. From start-up to AUM of €1.7 billion, he covered sectors such as office, retail and hotels, structuring and executing single asset deals, portfolio acquisitions and JVs with a number of international real estate players.
