Your growth is our business. Individual Development Plans capture our people’s personal and professional development goals, both in the medium and long term, and outline how they will reach them. We encourage our people to take part in both internal and external training programmes, and offer study leave. At Cromwell we love to celebrate our people and success with regular team socials throughout the year. We host a wide variety of events in all our offices such as a company BBQ in the summer and festive Christmas parties.

Each Cromwell employee gets 2 days’ paid leave per year to work for charities that are close to their heart.
