Cromwell’s local Benelux operation consists of 15 experts based in Amsterdam. Our diverse real estate portfolio currently comprises 19 office, logistics and light-industrial properties, spanning a total of c. 413,000 sqm, 225 tenant costumers and reflecting a value € 948 million.
The local Benelux Platform offers a full-service in-house operating package consisting of deal origination and transactions services, investment and asset management, technical and development management and (financial) property management and accounting. Our multi-jurisdictional Pan-European platform experts, which are partly based in the Amsterdam office, provide supportive services as debt origination, corporate finance, IT, treasury and ESG reporting.
We offer our services to Institutional Investors, Private Equity and Family Offices and have an extensive track record across the risk spectrum with a clear focus on offices and logistics & light-industrial properties.
An AIFM license is held and managed by a separate team in Luxembourg and provides Cromwell the opportunity to facilitate regulated funds.

Schenkkade, The Hague Haagse Poort
The Haagse Poort is an impressive office building of approximately 68,500 sqm. The building consists of a high-rise and a low-rise section, connected by the arch from the seventh floor. This arch spans the Utrechtsebaan, making it the modern gate of The Hague.
The Haagse Poort was developed in 1994 and has a high-rise of 16 floors and a low-rise of 7 floors. In the Haagse Poort there are two restaurants, one espresso bar and a grand café.
