The estate comprises 22,760 sqm (Phase 1) completed in Jan 2023 of which 2 are fully let in May 2023 with the 3^rd let in Q4-2023

Phase 2 will consist of 4 new-build units to be delivered Q1-2024 totaling 79,535sqft – all to be leased in 2024.
