Justyna was appointed Head of CEE in 2021 and is responsible for growing the company’s business and managing the local team throughout the CEE region. This includes operations in Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.
Justyna joined Cromwell in 2013 from GE Real Estate rising to Head of Finance, CEE. She had a brief interlude with Multi Corporation in a similar role before returning to Cromwell in 2019.
Justyna has 14 years’ experience in finance, working with multi-national teams across controllership, tax and strategic planning. Her diverse experience includes real estate transactions, debt negotiation and managing projects from financial modelling, systems implementation, change management to process improvement.
Justyna holds a Masters degree in Management from University of Gdańsk, is a graduate of the GE Financial Management Programme and a previous member of ACCA.

Skills and Experience
Piotr Goździewicz is responsible for investment transactions and strategies of Cromwell Property Group and its capital partners across Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, working on acquisitions, disposals and new equity opportunities.
Piotr has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate investment and finance industry. Before joining Cromwell, he spent over eight years with BNP Paribas Real Estate in Poland where he was a director in the capital markets division working across all real estate asset classes in Poland and other CEE countries. Previous roles included director level appointments at ING and as an associate director and analyst at Citigroup (part of the London-based CEMEA team), where he specialised in structured finance transactions in the Polish transportation and real estate sectors.
Piotr has a PhD in Economics, specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions (2006) and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking (2000), both from the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2015 Piotr became member of RICS.

Marta joined Cromwell in 2017 and since 2018 is managing CEE finance team.
Marta is responsible for fund accounting, compliance, tax and risk, coordinating reporting activities on property and consolidated levels, including fund returns and all bank and investor reporting for CEE commingled Funds.
Marta has more than 16 years’ experience in real estate finance. She started at finance department of Europolis Real Estate Asset Management (acquired in 2011 by CA Immo), she was also working for Heitman, gaining experience within multi-national teams and on Europe wide portfolios. Her diverse experience includes many projects ranging from tax structuring, financial modelling, treasury and debt management to advising in purchase and disposal transactions.
Marta has a degree in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics.

Head of Asset Management, Czech Republic & Slovakia
Skills and Experience
David Svoboda joined the company in 2011 and leads the Czech Republic team, responsible for the Central European Industrial Fund (CEIF) and the Cromwell Central Europe Diversified Partnership in that country.
Previously, as the leader of DTZ’s Property Management team in Prague, David acted as an external advisor to the Group, overseeing the company’s portfolio as well as managing several office and industrial assets within the Czech and Slovak Republics for other clients. David has served several global clients, such as Heitman, SEB, AXA REIM and CBRE GI.
He is a graduate of the Administrative and Financial College in Prague and the University of Vermont, USA.

Magdalena Piechna joined the company in 2013 following Cromwell’s acquisition of GE Capital Real Estate’s Polish business.
As Head of Portfolio Management, she is responsible for both the Polish Retail Fund and the Central European Industrial Fund (CEIF). Magdalena has nine years’ experience in the real estate industry. Before joining she was a portfolio manager at GE Capital Real Estate, Germany & Central Europe, responsible for the risk management, valuations, portfolio reporting and management of the Polish Retail Fund. She was previously a Senior Underwriter at GE and a Financial Analyst at Polish State Mint.
Magdalena has a master’s degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Warsaw School of Economics and a post master’s degree in Property Valuation from Technical University in Warsaw.
