Skills and Experience

Lionel Naturkrejt is responsible for leading Cromwell’s growth strategy in France, including the disposal and acquisition of all assets throughout the country.

Lionel joined Cromwell in 2021 and has 15 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Prior to joining Cromwell, Lionel was a director at Société Générale Real Estate Advisory and spent more than eight years at Allianz Real Estate as head of acquisitions in Western Europe.

Within his different roles, Lionel has been involved in various investment transactions across the office, logistics and light industrial, retail and residential sector across France and Benelux.

Lionel holds a MSc in Finance from HEC Paris.

Head of Asset Management, France

Skills and Experience

Candice Villa is responsible for all Cromwell’s asset management activities, including performance management, in France.

Candice joined Cromwell in 2018 as a Senior Asset Manager and has a decade of experience in the asset management of office, light industrial and logistics assets. She has been responsible for delivering and implementing business plans for the properties within her portfolio, securing and improving incoming flows, overseeing small- and large-scale end-to-end refurbishment works as well as managing acquisition and disposals.

Candice holds a master’s degree in Finance and Engineering of Real Estate.

Head of Finance, France

Skills and Experience

Celine Lombard is responsible for corporate finance and asset accounting through France.

Celine Lombard joined Cromwell in 2018 as a Financial Controller with broad experience in corporate finance, audit, and treasury. She previously worked as a financial auditor at EY and in treasury at ENGIE.

Celine holds a bachelor of International Treasury and Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School.
