Marco Hagen is responsible for Cromwell’s investment and disposal transaction workstreams in Germany. He is leading the local transaction team and has a high focus on deal origination.
He has over 20 years of experience in the German property industry. After initially joining Cromwell as Asset Manager, he transferred to the transaction team in 2014. Since then, his focus has been on transactions in the segments of Logistics, Light Industrial and Office.
Marco is a Member of RICS and holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and Business Engineering with focus on real estate.

Head of Asset Management, Germany
Skills and Experience
Thomas Gurski is responsible for all asset management activities and the overall performance of Cromwell’s Assets under Management in Germany. He is leading the local asset management team and project management function.
He has over 25 years of experience in the German real estate market. With a background in property development, he initially joined Cromwell in 2011 as Senior Asset Manager. Having gained a lot of experiences in Logistics and Light Industrial, he was appointed Head of Asset Management in 2016.
Thomas Gurski holds a Diploma in Spatial Planning and Real Estate Economics.

Head of Finance and Operations, Germany
Skills and Experience
Martina Kraske-Kleistner has been Head of Finance and Operations since 2009 and is responsible for corporate finance, asset accounting, human resources, and business operations for Cromwell’s business in Germany.
Martina has many years of experience in international real estate and private equity, gained from working in the UK and Germany for companies such as Greater Pacific Capital, Tishman Speyer and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Martina has a degree in Finance & Accounting, holds a BA in European Business and an MBA from NIMBAS Graduate School of Management.
