Skills and Experience
Curzio is the Head of Transactions at Cromwell Property Group in Italy and has 9 years’ experience in Real Estate investments and developments including office, logistics and retail assets. During those 9 years, Curzio sourced, structured and executed over €1,5B of transactions in various asset classes.
Most recently Curzio has been leading the activities of the Cromwell’s Italian logistics platform which today accounts for almost 600K sqm of warehouses across the whole country. Prior to joining Cromwell, Curzio has covered investment roles for Generali Real Estate and for Investire SGR, executing single asset deals as well as portfolio acquisitions. Curzio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Glion Institute des Haute Etudes (CH).

Skills and Experience
Alessandro is Head of Asset Management at Cromwell Property Group and has over 14 years of experience in the industry. He is managing activities for total AUM of more than €550m, ca. 670.000 sqm, including complex office refurbishments and logistics ground-up projects.
Before joining Cromwell, he coordinated two office portfolios of €375m in Milan and Rome for a on behalf of PE clients. In Milan completed 10m € of capex related to 15.000 sqm of new leases, in Rome completed 12m €of capex related to 20.000 sqm of new leases, in an overall 120.000 sqm office portfolio. Before that, he was an asset manager for Italian SGR. During these experiences, he covered asset management activities for a broad spectrum of investments. Alessandro holds a degree in economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Master in Real Estate from SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Skills and Experience
Giovanni joined Cromwell in 2017, and in his role as Finance Director for Italy, he is responsible for all finance, accounting, legal and HR activities and he oversees operations in Italy.
Giovanni has 16 years’ experience in finance, having previously held leadership positions in international real estate companies such as Multi Corporation, Copernico and Halldis. His background spans across real estate transactions and debt negotiation to systems implementation and process improvement. Giovanni started his professional career in 2007 as auditor at PwC (Milan) and holds a master’s degree in Management and Economics from University of Bari.
