Skills and Experience

Sofia Sandh is responsible for managing investments throughout the Nordics region which includes Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

Sofia has 12 years’ experience within the Nordics property industry, most recently with Savills IM as a Senior Investment Manager where she worked for eight years. Sofia also has experience with Catella Corporate Finance in property transactions and SBAB Bank as a real estate valuer.

She has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Royal College of Technology in Stockholm, where she specialised in Building and Real Estate Economics.

Head of Asset Management, Nordics

Skills and Experience

Eppu is the Head of Asset management for Cromwell Nordics. Within his role he manages the Nordic asset management platform currently consisting of local asset management teams in Sweden, Denmark and Finland and project management teams in Denmark and Finland.

Eppu joiner Cromwell in June 2018 and has 10 years of experience from different sectors of real estate. Most recently he’s been successfully managing two PE portfolios in Finland and acting as portfolio manager for new pan-Nordic L&I strategy. Prior to working with Cromwell, he has gained experience from acting as consultant in real estate developments and construction project management.

Klaus Larsen is responsible for corporate finance and asset accounting throughout the Nordic region which includes Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

Klaus has eleven years’ experience within the Nordics property industry, most recently with PFA Real Estate as Head of Asset Management & Controlling. Prior to his role at PFA Real Estate, Klaus was Cromwell’s Head of Finance for Denmark and Head of Funds Finance for the Nordics between 2013 and 2018.

He has a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark and an MSc in Accountancy and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.
