Skills and Experience
Patrick has broad real estate experience across transactions, fund / portfolio management and debt. During this time, Patrick has transacted on €2.3bn, managed €1.0bn and been involved in financings totalling €3.6bn. Patrick’s experience is pan-European, cross-sector, in private and public markets for a breadth of risk profiles with the majority of his experience in the office sector.
Prior to this role, Patrick held the following positions at Cromwell: Portfolio Manager, during which time he was responsible for a portfolio in excess of €1.0 billion; treasury manager; and financial analyst. Patrick joined Cromwell from Lloyds Banking Group.
Patrick has an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School and a BA Hons from the University of Manchester.

Head of Asset Management, UK
Skills and Experience
John has 30+ years’ experience in commercial real estate and leads the UK’s asset management team. Prior to joining Cromwell in 2010, John had various roles at Guardian Properties, Healey & Baker, REIT Asset Management and BAA Lynton, working across all sectors.
John’s focus at Cromwell has been on strategy, pipeline, acquisitions, active asset management and disposals, developing and delivering business plans and adding value through the investment process across over £800m of UK asset trading.
As well as being a Member of the RICS since 1994, John has a BSc in General Practice Surveying from Anglia University and a Diploma in Valuation and Estates Management from Wandsworth Technical College.
